Yes, we partner with local bike shops nationwide. You can choose to have your bike shipped to a participating service center for professional assembly and fine-tuning at a flat-rate fee.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel and components?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for safety reasons, helmets and nutrition products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Are the bikes covered under a manufacturer warranty?
Absolutely. Every bike sold through Winter Park Cycles comes with a full manufacturer’s warranty. We also provide a one-year complimentary adjustment period for all local customers.
