At Winter Park Cycles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt. All returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging and tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the items in their original box, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping carrier; we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your cycling equipment arrives safely at our warehouse.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
